The southwest monsoon is bringing hot and showery weather to the south China coastal areas.
At 8 p.m., Typhoon Ewiniar was centred about 470 kilometres south of Okinawa. It is forecast to move north-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour in the general direction of Ryukyu Islands.
Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow
Hot with isolated showers. Sunny periods tomorrow. Temperatures will range between 28 and 32 degrees. Moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.
Outlook : A few showers in the following couple of days.
